This website is operated by Project29. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Project29, with the registered address :29 Stoneybatter, Dublin 7.  

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Products & Pricing..

We take every care to ensure that product descriptions are accurate at the time of uploading products to the website. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification. Our products are priced in Euro. When paying by credit card this is the amount which will be deducted from your debit or credit card. 

Purchasing on our site..

When an order is placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email confirming we have received your order and it is being processed. You will receive a second email from us acknowledging your order has been dispatched with a tracking number. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Stock Availability..

Every item shown on our website should be in stock and available for immediate shipping. However, we cannot totally exclude the possibility that a particular product is no longer available if there is a sudden run on demand.  Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. Goods are subject to availability.  As there is a delay between the time when your order is placed, and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items. If there will be a delay before dispatch, you will be contacted immediately.  For the reason above, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to your address. Only those goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Delivery..

Delivery within the Republic of Ireland is via courier service (DPD) and usually takes 1-2 working days and requires a signature. This period may be extended over bank holiday and Christmas periods. All items will be insured against damage or loss during posting. The delivery company may contact you prior to delivery to confirm your address and locat

Payment..

You can pay with any major debit card, MasterCard or Visa Credit card. Please ensure that your email address is correct and your mailbox is working properly, as all order confirmations are sent to that email address.

Returns..

We  offer a 14 day returns policy. Just send the item back to us, with receipt/packing slip, and we will process your refund asap (less delivery charge). ​Items must be returned and received within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition and no tags removed.

Please state reason for return If you request an exchange please clearly state this and we will contact you to pay for post & packaging of the replacement item

The responsibly of the goods is with the customer until we receive it back

Project29 does not cover the cost of returning the goods. Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method. We will issue a refund within 2 days of receiving the return. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed by the bank. If you have received a faulty item or the wrong item please get in touch within 14 days of receipt. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Please enclose your receipt/packing slip  

 

 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations

Jurisdiction & Applicable Law..

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish law and the Irish courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site. We retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms and Conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. Similarly, you may have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
